Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, deploy, and maintain to improve software performance, maintainability, and resiliency

  • Identify and investigate problem areas, conduct root cause analysis, propose and implement mitigating solutions

  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code

  • Improve processes supporting all aspects of the software development lifecycle including source code management, testing, automation

  • Participate in Hackathon Program, Hiring Drive

  • Take E2E ownership of technical delivery

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • 12+ years of designing, building and deploying enterprise applications using Java, Spring

  • 5+ years of leading teams of developers and QAs

  • Java, J2EE, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Maven, Hibernate JDBC, JPA. Rest API Services, Messaging, Kafka

  • Databases: RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL variants

  • Solid understanding of distributed source control management systems like Git

  • Solid understanding of Event Driven Design, microservices development, CI/CD and DevOps

  • Solid understanding of API Development and cloud computing

Preferred Qualification:

  • Skills on Mulesoft, Openshift, Kubernetes, AWS, OCI, Azure, Kafka, MongoDB, React framework, JS jQuery, HTML5, CSS, DOM Manipulation Node
