JOB OVERVIEW

The Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement Risk Management plays a pivotal role in ensuring the optimization of risk management processes within the organization. This position is responsible for leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies across all business functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in risk management methodologies, process improvement techniques, and change management principles.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Admissions Operations teams in Noida, UK & US Admissions team & regional Partner relations teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration on business improvement initiatives.

  • CIRM Projects: Oversee a portfolio of admission excellence projects in line with business objectives by leveraging Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies/techniques to streamline processes and enhance operational performance.

  • People Management: Lead quality & transformation team members to drive initiatives for Admission Excellence and be the knowledge provider of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital transformation, Six Sigma, and CRM. Create a framework for developing and monitoring the KPIs.

  • Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and coach green belt projects, providing guidance on project management methodologies, data analysis techniques, and stakeholder engagement. Empower team members to take ownership of their projects and drive meaningful impact.

    ABOUT YOU

  • Fluency in English.

  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Certified Black Belt/ Green Belt, CRM knowledge (preferably salesforce)

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in driving operation excellence projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Must have experience in Quality processes, tools and process improvement.

  • Knowledge of education industry is a plus. 

  • Postgraduate/ Graduated/ equivalent in any stream.
