AVI Foodsystems is looking for a skilledAutomotive Technicianto join ourFleet Department in Niles, OH.

The responsibilities for this position include:

  • Conduct regular maintenance on trucks and trailers including inspections, tire rotations, oil changes, etc.

  • Perform regular and in-depth diagnostic tests on both truck and trailer systems

  • Perform both minor and major repairs on trucks and trailers

  • Maintain complete and accurate records of each inspection/repair performed

Requirements:

  • Experience in automotive mechanics to include diesel

  • Class A CDL License or ability to obtain one

  • Refrigeration experience preferred

  • Understanding of all facets of large truck maintenance and repair

  • Good problem solving skills and a positive attitude

  • Motivated, self-starter, seeking continuous improvement

  • Must have access to tools
