Job Description:

As an RN Nurse Supervisor, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of nursing care. Your role will involve supervising nursing staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead nursing staff to ensure the delivery of quality patient care

  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement care plans

  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, intervening as necessary

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and healthcare policies

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Current CPR and ACLS certifications
