Job Summary
If you are a MANUFACTURING ENGINEER professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Nilai, Negeri Sembilan location, you will need to ensure smooth assembly operations by providing technical support to shop floor and continue to improve line setup to optimize the process flow. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
To support company goals, policies and objectives.
Provide engineering support for manufacturing activities in accordance with established policy, procedure and operating practice.
Learning new product and provide product training to assembler.
Rectify technical issue of product and provide resolution.
Provide engineering support for production machinery.
Develop the necessary work procedures and provide or co-ordinate the training for the operators and supervisors.
Provide engineering support and any other duties / job as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Who You Are:
You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations; are outstanding at spotting and seizing opportunities. You build immediate rapport, even when facing difficult or tense situations. You actively listen and check for understanding. You continually scan the environment for technology breakthroughs.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing environment with ability to evaluate and execute the requirements on manufacturing documentation and procedure development.
Ability to interpret manufacturing and engineering source documents.
Knowledge and experience with Isolation Valves assembling and testing.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or Diploma holder with extensive manufacturing experience.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English Language).
Experience in a mechanical assembly manufacturing environment.
