Job Description summary:

Responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback. Shift leader works closely with the team, training and coaching new and existing employees; and supports management with other tasks/projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.

  • Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members

  • Support the training of crew members as requested

  • Provide great guest service, resolving guest issues while being polite and respectful

  • Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed

  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws

  • Manage cash over/short during shift

  • Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    High School diploma or GED required.
