    JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

    The Crew Member is responsible for delivering great and friendly guest experiences. Crew Members prepare products according to operational and quality standards and serve them with enthusiasm in a clean, fast-paced environment. Crew work as part of a team to meet our Guests’ needs and give them a reason to come back.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

    • Work well with others respectfully, and can interact in a positive efficient manner

    • Respond positively to coaching and feedback

    • Able to communicate with team members, as well as with supervisors within the organization

    • Able to learn and execute multiple tasks

    • Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with State Health Regulations.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    High School diploma or GED preferred.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The Associate frequently is required to stand, crouch and walk.

    The Associate is frequently required to lift up to 25 lb., and occasionally required to lift up to 50 lb.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT:

    The Associate regularly works around mechanical moving parts, heat sources and walk in coolers/freezers.

    The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud .
