    JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:

    Responsible for providing beverage service to all customers in an efficient, courteous and professional manner displaying a high standard of customer service.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

    •Responsible for prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to guests in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.

    •Accurately accounts for all revenue related to the sale or service of beverage products.

    •Performs necessary tasks to service guests, i.e.: taking and filling all beverage orders and assisting in maintaining guests gaming area in a clean and neat manner.

    •Monitors guest needs on a continual basis ensuring all beverage requests will be promptly fulfilled.

    •Performs with Bartenders, Barbacks, Supervisors, and pertinent project associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation.

    •Maintains assigned area for cleanliness.

    •Assists other beverage personnel with maintenance (side work, opening/closing duties) as necessary.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

    High School diploma or GED required.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    The associate should have the ability to lift serving trays in excess of 10 pounds.
