DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Location: 1120 Green Spring Road, Newville, PA 17241

We are looking for a 2 nd shift Shipping Clerk (internally called Shipping and Tire Inspector) to join our new Newville, PA location.

2nd Shift hours: Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm-12:00am (ability to train on 1st shift for about 3-4 weeks prior to transitioning to 2nd shift)

Pay: $22-$24/hour (based on experience)

Core Contributions: * Operate yard truck for trailer swaps and yard moves safely. * Load/unload vans using forklifts/clamp truck * Inspect tires to assess condition: sell, repair, or scrap. * Collect and sign Bills of Lading from drivers. * Work with production to supply correct materials to meet demands. * Maintain a clean shipping area, dock, and storage yard. * Operate magnet and sweeper to prevent metal/rubber buildup. * Submit maintenance requests * Assemble Orders - package - wrap and strap - weigh pallets

Essential Experiences: * High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of relevant experience. * 1+ years of recent forklift/clamp truck experience. * Ability to multitask, adapt, and work under pressure. * Proficient in basic math and reading units of measure. * Strong communication skills and computer proficiency; ERP experience preferred.
