SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Senior Consultant in Newtown Square, PA to drive business consulting by translating the customer's vision into solutions.  Map business processes to solution requirements. Help position disruptive business innovation. Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Drive change management to achieve business transformation objectives. Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions(On-premise, Cloud and Hybrid), apply state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes. Drive deployment of business processes for specific Lines of Business or industries. Support pre-sales activities. Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies. Support escalated projects. Occasionally take over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivery. Support line manager(s) in people development tasks. Deliver customer workshops and trainings. Support partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience. Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services. Support the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas and support updates to the portfolio. Support solution testing and issue resolution. Mentor business process consultants.

Minimum Education/Experience: Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics or a related field and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. The company will also accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Position requires 4 years of experience involving each of the following:

  • Development in Fiori SAPUI5; RAP and BOPF framework in ABAP; and OData and OOABAP;
  • Analyze Jenkins logs and CI/CD pipelines for SAP Fiori applications;
  • End-to-end product development in SAP S/4HANA using cloud principles, Agile or Scrum methodologies from product conceptualization to delivery;
  • Customer management, de-escalation, and root cause analysis of technical issues in SAP solutions;
  • Test Automation development using ABAP Units, OPA5, VIPER and CDS test double framework; and
  • STAD, SUPA, ST05 and UI5 Inspector for application performance analysis, tracing, code inspection.

Position requires up to 30% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites. Telecommuting permitted.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $125,133 - $147,560. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $125,133 - $173,600 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
