SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Consultant in Newtown Square, PA to drive business consulting by translating the customer's vision into solutions. Map business processes to solution requirements. Help position disruptive business innovation. Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Support solution design and configuration across multiple solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes. Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries. Supports pre-sales activities. Support and deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies. Support escalated projects and partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Deliver customer workshops. Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates and content. Deliver solution training to customer project members. Create project and delivered services documentation. Show comprehensive understanding of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas; deliver according to specification and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Support in solution testing and issue resolution.

Minimum Education/Experience: Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field of study and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. The Company will also accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Position requires three (3) years of experience involving each of the following:

  • S/4 HANA Central Finance: CFIN FI Initial load, SLT for CFIN, and CFIN FICO replication;
  • SAP Finance Application components: SAP General Ledger; SAP Accounts Payable, and SAP Accounts Receivable;
  • SAP ABAP;
  • SAP Root Cause Analysis; and
  • End to End Business Process Analysis of SAP Finance core business processes.

Position requires up to 30% domestic travel to various and unanticipated client sites. Hybrid work model.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $125,133 - $136,980. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $125,133 - $152,200. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
