Mercy Home Health (a member of Trinity Health at Home) has a need for a Full-time Registered Nurse - Palliative Care. This position is based out of St. Mary Home Care and supports Upper Bucks County and the greater Bucks County and Philadelphia Area.

The Palliative Care RN is responsible for patients and families in the palliative care program. Provides Palliative care clinical consultation.

BSN Required. Current PA RN License - CPR Certification, Hospice/Palliative Care Certification Required. Home care experience, strong clinical knowledge base, Hospice experience, computer skills, strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Palliative Care experience, demonstrate ability to use problem solving, critical thinking and priority setting skills. Must be able to work independently and on a team. Ability to perform diversified duties with time limitations. Ability to develop, coordinate and evaluate programs in Palliative care and end-of-life care.

Minimum qualifications

  • Graduate of an approved nursing education program

  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of PA

  • One (1) year experience as a professional care nurse in Home care or Hospice care a plus

  • Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation
