Boston Bolts Soccer Coach in Newton, Massachusetts

Boston Bolts is looking for coaches to join our coaching staff for the 2024/25 season. We have coaching positions for 6x boys teams within our region. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, administrative & organizational skills, plan & execute high quality coaching sessions and be able to work well both on their own or as part of a team of staff. Experience of soccer coaching is essential but not mandatory. Having the ambition to learn our coach is a must. Candidates should have access to their own transportation and be willing to work evenings & weekends. Coach education will be provided to all coaches as well as coaching resources such a coaching handbook as the club is committed to the professional development of our staff. Full coaching equipment including New Balance uniform, soccer balls and cones will be provided. Coaches will also be required to successfully complete a CORI & SORI background check. Head Coaches will receive a yearly salary while there will be opportunities to earn hourly pay through our clinics. Job Type: Part-time Pay: \$5,000.00 - \$7,000.00 per year/per team Schedule: ?
