Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business or another related field
  • Minimum Experience: Three years in training field
  • Must have good human relation skills.
  • Must have good oral and written skills in order to communicate with staff and public.
  • Computer understanding and operational experience required.
  • Must have the ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of Human Resources
  • work.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must have good decision-making skills.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities at a time.
  • Must have experience managing LMS (Learning Management Systems).
  • Duties require light physical effort (lift/carry up to 15 pounds), most sedentary work, and manual dexterity and mobility.
