Familiarity with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and proximity/photoelectric controllers is essential. The role also involves reading electrical drawings and replacing drive components.

While PLC experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Successful candidates will excel in following both written and verbal job instructions. The ability to provide constructive feedback and apply critical thinking skills is crucial for success in this position. Additionally, employees must demonstrate proficiency in using personal safety equipment, especially in a manufacturing environment with moving machinery, fast-paced forklift traffic, machine noise, and varying work conditions throughout the year.
