Rite-Solutions, Inc., is seeking a skilled and motivated Material Supportability Analyst in the Middletown, RI area to support the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Code 34 Periscope & Imaging In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA).

Job Description:

This position will provide customer focused material supportability analysis support to the NUWC Code 34 Imaging ISEA Team. The scope of support can be broad and in varied functional areas. An analyst in this position must understand the Imaging ISEA's vision and mission regarding material readiness for the Fleet. Specific areas of expertise include but are not limited to In Service Engineering and Acquisition planning. Increasing levels of responsibility are based on the complexity of challenges addressed by the analyst and the value provided to the customer.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analytical studies of the Submarine Systems to evaluate performance against Navy Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) requirements.

  • Perform and maintain data analysis of in-service systems and equipment.

  • Support the implementation of Service Life Extension (SLE) to Navy Systems.

  • Provide Line of Balance (LoB) analysis of in-service systems and equipment.

  • Collect and analyze system failure data to identify and report potential failure trends, as well as associated failure modes, root causes, and parts replaced in response to the problems identified.

  • Generate and maintain project/program technical documentation, presentations, reports, to meet customer requirements and assist in more efficient and effective operations.

  • Perform extensive analysis of methods to improve procedures, by conducting research and making recommendations.

  • Occasional travel may be required

  • Active DoD Security Clearance

    Additional Skills of Interest (not required):

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or related experience to perform the requirements of the job
