The pay rate for this job is $21 - $29 / hour

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hour work week Basic carpentry

  • OSHA Required

  • Painting and installation of windows, basic trim finish, and hardware 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Be at least 18+ years of age

  • OSHA issued within the last 5 years Certification or a willingness to obtain it

  • Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial or residential construction sites

  • References that will verify your professional skills and experience

  • Measuring, cutting, and bending using measuring instruments and hand tools

  • Have all of the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your jobsite

  • Maintaining tools, vehicles, and equipment and keeping parts and supplies in order

  • Performing semiskilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance and repair of a wide variety.

  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Prior experience in the commercial field preferred

  • Prior experience using standard basic and carpentry tools

  • Position may require a drug screen
