East Bay Community Action Program Dental Receptionist in NEWPORT, Rhode Island

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full time Dental Receptionist for our Dental Center at 19 Broadway in Newport, RI.

The Receptionist will provide all reception and clerical duties to support the operation of the Dental clinic and/or mobile sites. Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the practice, to adhere to protocols at all times in line with the company goals and mission.

Successful candidates must be committed to providing quality customer service while handling confidential information in a highly professional manner. Excellent telephone skills and a courteous and helpful manner are essential qualities for the selected candidate.

The Receptionist must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required, and familiarity with medical records would be helpful. Strong Computer knowledge required. Experience with electronic dental records preferred. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
