Responsibilities

Below is a summary of the Distribution Technician 3 position. You will be responsible for the distribution of parts and materials needed to meet daily production and delivery requirements. Maintains adequate levels of inventory, monitors distribution process and maintains optimal equipment functionality.

  • Delivers pre-set material quantities in support of production requirements via established delivery mode.

  • Distributes parts to manufacturing lines to ensure acceptable line-side inventory levels.

  • Loads and unloads parts and materials from equipment to maintain efficient production and prevent stops.

  • Ensures timely issuance/delivery for ECN/ECOs and Trial Verification material with QA, Receiving Inspections, Manufacturing and Production Control.

  • Assists with researching and analyzing data in Oracle; makes corrections as needed and communicates resolutions accordingly.

  • Communicates parts run outs to Materials Management Team and Production Control, to prevent parts depletion and line shutdown.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 3 months of distribution and some process operations or related manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Must be able to read and follow work standards and complete check sheets, forms and logs.

  • May be required to work overtime and may be assigned to other shifts based on company needs.

SHIFT HOURS: 7AM-7PM (ROTATING DAYS)
