Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For” and one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, is seeking a Job Captain, with a passion for high quality design and a positive, collaborative work style, for our Workplace Interiors Studio in our Newport Beach, CA office.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the overall Design team with all aspects of a variety of Workplace projects including programming, conceptual design, production of design development and construction documents.

  • Work closely with the design team on project development and execute construction documents in Revit.

  • Prepare graphic materials for presentations.

  • Perform field verification.

  • Coordinate with entire team including engineers, specialty consultants, and client contracted vendors.

  • Perform site inspections, review shop drawings, material submittals, and other related construction administration tasks.

Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited university.

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience.

  • Workplace (Core and Shell; TI, Mixed-Use) project experience a plus.

  • Strong design and space planning skills and experience.

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, (other design related programs are a plus).

*Anticipated salary range for this position: $65,000 - $80,000; based on experience level.
