Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions using various tools and techniques. Your duties will include repairing or replacing defective components such as motors, belts, gears, or electrical wiring. You will maintain documentation and records for equipment maintenance activities, including inspections and part replacements. Additionally, you will provide support in mechanical installations, troubleshoot hydraulics, and electrical/mechanical issues on machinery. You will also read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to make appropriate repairs. The role involves installing and servicing hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, communication, and process control systems. You will collaborate with continuous improvement engineers and production departments to enhance equipment reliability and productivity. Adherence to safety standards and use of personal protective equipment is mandatory.
