IT Project Manager

HOW A IT PROJECT MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project in a Agile Scrum environment.

  • Participating in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and administrative reporting

  • Attending customer meetings and serving as a client liaison

  • Planning and prioritizing new projects and upgrades

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of related experience, or Associate's Degree with 8 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience

  • Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience in IT project management

  • Required Technical Skills: Must have IT project management work experience with implementing new technology, software development and IT systems upgrades/enhancements in a Agile Scrum environment.

  • Required Certs: Prefer a Project Management Professional (PMP) or Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.

  • Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required

  • Required Skills and Abilities: Must have IT project management work experience with implementing new technology in a Agile Scrum environment, management reporting, operational leadership, people management, and prioritization.

  • Preferred Skills: ITIL V4 Certification,Scrum Master Certification

  • Location: Customer Site in Newington VA

  • US Citizenship Required due to clearance requirement.
