Wilcox Industries Palletech Operator - 2nd Shift in Newington, New Hampshire

We are currently seeking a full-time Palletech Operator for our second shift (Monday through Thursday from 4PM until 2AM). This position is responsible for the loading and unloading of the pallets and operation of the Palletech equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the visual and physical quality of the parts being loaded and unloaded.

  • Keeping the jobs loaded and running in a timely manner.

  • Replace broken or worn tools and set the tool length of the tool.

  • Set work schedules in the Palletech system.

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications and Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

  • Must be able to communicate any out of spec conditions to supervisor.

  • Ability to read and understand part and drawings.

  • Ability to use calipers and micrometers to measure parts coming off the pallets.

  • Must be able to load all tombstones in the Palletech area.

  • Must be able to do tool length touch offs.

  • Must be able to set work schedules in the Palletech system.

  • Regular on-site attendance is a necessary function of this position.

    Physical Requirements

Must be able to work in noisy environments. Prolonged periods of standing and bending required. Must be able to lift up-to 35 pounds. Must be able to bend, stretch, squat, and climb to access all parts of the machine. Must wear eye and ear protection.
