  • Provide day to day administrative support to the Partner Team (All Europe);

  • Oversight and administration of the EU Entity Code & MDM governance program that supports Partner setup and BAU management. This role will be responsible for management and ownership of a live database of unique codes that successfully identifies and tracks our partners and their engagement with us. Key responsibilities include:

  • Management of EU wide requests for new setups, changes and moves within MDM

  • Management of an EU Mailbox for BAU queries

  • Ensuring that all requests follow the correct cadence and are in full adherence to the existing governance model

  • Management of UK & Ireland Sales Hierarchy within in MDM

  • Maintain EU Entity Code SharePoint Site

  • Record & Report issues or concerns that may arise

  • UK & Ireland Ongoing Management (OGM) Tracking of circa 100 partners

  • Communication to Relationship Mangers and their leadership on a weekly basis

  • Maintain accurate Excel Tracker for each quarter’s reviews

  • Working with internal departments to ensure governance is being followed

  • Partner Support and Investment Review process Co-ordination;

  • Partner Consent Mailbox Oversight - manage consent mailbox on a daily basis and follow set procedures for any breaches that might occur

  • Support New Hires on Partner Boarding Processes - Focusing on Entity Codes & MDM, and the importance of the adhering governance

Requirements

  • Business Awareness - ability to work effectively and cross functionally

  • Attention to detail - carefully follows guidance to ensure contribution to task or project meets expectations. Inputs data, creates communications and documents with minimal errors. Ensures routine tasks are always completed within agreed timescales

  • Flexibility - ability to adapt to changing priorities and support evolving projects

  • Strong Communication (written and verbal) skills - interaction with internal stakeholders across the business is important to this role.

  • Team Work - ability to build relationships with internal colleagues and key stakeholders

  • Risk - appropriately identify and manage risks, in compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and with Company Policy.

  • Ethics and Trust - Maintain high ethical standards; gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity

  • Good MS Office skills & knowledge

  • Salesforce knowledge

We offer a 12 month FTC.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
