Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. seeks:TITLE: Sr. Lead Software Engineer DUTIES: Lead our software development initiative. Write code and participate in frequent code reviews. Participate in enhancement of the code framework and standards to improve products/features. Design and deliver products for cloud infrastructure. Implement engineering methodology and review engineering design packages and code. Evangelize excellence in application engineering, component re-use, architecture design and technical standards. Promote modern principles for product/feature development. Support our application from a server-side and Cloud perspective. Assess and implement new software development tools and processes to enhance product/feature development efficiency including continuous integration principles. Role holder is eligible for hybrid work schedule with manager approval and must reside within commuting distance from the work location.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent discipline with 5 years of related experience.
