Lineage Logistics Special Operations Manager in Newark, New Jersey

About the Role: Are you ready to take on an exciting, travel-intensive role with global impact? As a Special Operations Manager, you'll be part of a highly mobile team, providing critical operational support to our warehouses across the United States and Poland. You'll play a key role in implementing new IT systems and enhancing operational efficiency. For this role, we're seeking a Polish-speaking candidate (Ukrainian is a plus) who is enthusiastic about frequent travel to Poland and thrives in dynamic environments.

What You’ll Do:

· Lead WMS Implementations: Oversee the successful implementation of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) in close partnership with our Information Technology team, driving smooth transitions.

· Train and Support Teams: Act as a mentor and trainer, guiding front-line leaders and team members to adapt to new systems and processes effectively.

· Enhance Safety and Performance Metrics: Promote and monitor adherence to safety standards while driving company-wide performance metrics.

· Ensure Operational Stability: Stabilize operations during system transitions and upgrades, contributing to smooth and efficient facility operations.

· Provide Expert Support: Bring your expertise to assist facilities in need of additional operational guidance.

Your Skills & Experience:

· Fluent in Polish; Ukrainian proficiency is an advantage.

· International Mobility: EU passport or dual citizenship is highly preferred.

· Operational Experience: Background in office management and WMS is advantageous; warehouse experience is a plus.

What We’re Looking For:

· Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of warehouse/operations management experience.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with teams at all levels.

· Ability to effectively present information and conduct training in both one-on-one and group settings.

· Willingness to gain certification for equipment used in warehouse settings.

· Experience with WMS systems or a strong aptitude for learning new technologies.

· Demonstrated ability to lead and drive new operational initiatives.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to flexible scheduling, including weekends.

· Willingness to travel extensively (up to 85%).
