Position Summary:

Vision & Neural Engineering Laboratory is seeking a post doctoral research associate.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for signal processing within MATLAB and responsible for all the analysis of eye movement and pupil data from patient and normal controls databases.

  • Preparing manuscripts on data analyzed.

  • Record Eye movement data after successful training.

Prerequisite Qualifications:

  • PhD in Biomedical Engineering, physical therapy, engineering or equivalent.

  • Basic understanding of clinical statistics with experience in SPSS or R.

  • Familiar with randomized clinical trials and working with patients. Ethics training is required.

  • At the university's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be exempted where the candidate can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the university, an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
