What you can expect
We are seeking an individual to serve as a valuation/liquidity reporting specialist that will be assisting with the quarterly board reporting process of fair valuations and liquidity classifications under SEC Rule 22e-4. This person will also consider how valuation/liquidity will impact office workflows including financial reporting. This individual will communicate with all areas of PGIM, including Product, Legal, Compliance and all operational teams. The role will require collaboration across multiple levels within the PGIM Investments organization and work closely with cross functional groups to satisfy all annual and quarterly board reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
Real-time monthly oversight of liquidity classifications
Review and issue Liquidity Classification Overrides
Collaborate with the team to fulfill internal and Board reporting requirements
Assist with developing and enhancing policies, processes, and systems to improve the analysis and risk management of the valuation/liquidity process
Assist with various ad-hoc projects
What you will bring
3-5 years of experience in fair valuation and/or liquidity analytics
Bachelors degree in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering, Economics or related field
General knowledge of financial markets and securities
Efficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Power-Point, Excel), Tableau and Data Visualization/Analytical Skills
Capable of navigating through new internal/external systems quickly and efficiently
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, takes ownership of work quality

Salary Disclosure
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $90,000 to $100,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
