What does a great Business Analyst do?

  • The Business Analyst supports Network Integrity Fraud Services- fraud tools and services that help Accel, STAR and MoneyPass Networks reduce debit card fraud.

  • You will support the product team in a variety of ways with the primary responsibility of tracking product success, managing department revenue reporting, and supporting the team’s new deliverables.

  • We are looking for someone that can design, develop, implement and maintain reporting for various business applications. Understands business procedures, identifies issues or gaps with current procedures and recommend solutions.

  • You will be responsible for managing and enhancing fraud reporting, which is the backbone of a larger product offering.

  • A great business analyst is someone that can work with minimal supervision, takes a task and handles it efficiently. Someone who does not mind going outside their given role to learn new things and help their teammates succeed.

  • You will start with a new team dedicated to reducing fraud for the Network and its members. Bring your creativity and expertise to new and future projects.

  • As a business analyst you can look forward to every day being different, with something new to tackle. You’re the kind of person that likes to find ways to improve products or procedures, and find solutions for issues.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration :

  • Moderate to high level skill with Excel

  • Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing to internal and external customers.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required or 5+ years of experience in related field

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration :

  • Tableau experience

  • Payments knowledge preferred

  • Payment fraud experience a plus
