OPERATIONS SPECIALIST II INTERNATIONAL

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Reconciliation performance and support for lines of business across Banking and Investment Services including Payment Operations, Capital Market Operations, Card Operations, Investment Operations, and others as assigned.

Banking and Investment Services Division

Banking and Investment Services plays an integral role in leading the strategic vision and execution of all banking operations. Our servicing and operations professionals partner closely with all of our lines of business to carry out critical functions, including client/deposit servicing, contact center operations, payments processing, and trade and lending operations, while identifying and mitigating risk throughout the organization. Servicing and operations professionals seek to transform and define an integrated support model through automation and cutting-edge digital technologies, to deliver an excellent experience for our clients and businesses.

What you will do

  • Monitor assigned accounts and platforms to identify potential breaks and/or material exposures

  • Perform daily reconciliations and matching for assigned accounts

  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed accurately and any variation is escalated to the appropriate managers and stakeholders

  • Serve as reconciliation SME to colleagues in the lines of business by sharing knowledge, policy, and procedure guidance as needed

  • Partner with Finance and Controller groups to ensure account reconciliations and balances are reported properly

  • Reporting to stakeholders and management to inform of daily, weekly, and monthly balances, aged breaks, and/or material exposures

  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Must-Have*

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office.

  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience at a financial institution or similar role.

Skills and Knowledge

  • College Degree preferred

  • Ability to interact effectively with various levels of Bank personnel

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks effectively

  • Customer service skills for both internal and external customers

  • Must be detail-oriented

  • Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

  • Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly

Compensation

Starting base salary: $22.27 - $33.43 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
