Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team in Newark, DE! With your site planning and landscape design expertise, you will play a pivotal role in designing the landscapes of commercial, institutional, residential and mixed-use projects.

As a key member of our team, you'll navigate the intricacies of land development projects with finesse, leveraging your comprehensive knowledge of rules, regulations, and policies. Engage with clients, showcase your mastery in preparing master plans, schematic design presentations, and compelling illustrative graphics. Your proficiency in design software will be vital in bringing design concepts to life.

LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site planning and concept level landscape architectural design

  • Graphic design presentation skills

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, oral presentation experience

  • Fluency in Auto-CAD required, Sketch-Up and other design software a plus.
