Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our clients team. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various HR functions and initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS maintenance. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.

  • Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.

  • Assist with employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and HR policy updates.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents and reports.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a coordinator or administrative role.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
