POSITION SUMMARY

The Vice President, Project Management and Marketing Operations is a pivotal role responsible for spearheading inter-departmental communication and overseeing the flawless execution of all projects and campaigns within the Global Consumer Engagement department. This leadership position demands an individual with a profound understanding of the Calvin Klein brand, adeptness in managing complex projects, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across various levels of the organization. The incumbent will play a key role in creating and managing project timelines, budgets, production schedules, and resource allocation, ensuring a smooth journey from project inception to completion. They will also be instrumental in proactively identifying and addressing potential issues that may impact project timelines.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Project Initiation and Brief Management:

  • Receive campaign and project briefs, ensuring completeness before initiating work.

  • Collaborate with the CMO team to refine and enhance project briefs.

Workflow Development and Documentation:

  • Support the development of workflow procedures and best practices in conjunction with the Marketing Team.

  • Document project processes using established tools to streamline operations.

Budget Management:

  • Work closely with the CMO team to keep projects within budget.

  • Manage and negotiate project costs as necessary, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Facilitate collaboration across disciplines and partners to ensure a cohesive approach to project execution.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of Marketing department roles and responsibilities.

Problem Identification and Solutions:

  • Proactively identify problems and propose effective solutions to maintain progress towards project completion.

Project Status Management:

  • Maintain a current status document for all projects.

  • Lead weekly status meetings with the CMO team to discuss progress and address any concerns.

Brand Standards and Compliance:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of brand standards and ensure adherence across all projects.

Intellectual Property and Copyright:

  • Possess a working knowledge of intellectual property and copyright best practices to safeguard the brand's assets.

Best Practices and Solutions:

  • Provide a well-informed point of view on best practices and innovative solutions across functions.

Material Approval and Review:

  • Ensure the efficient routing for approval and review of all materials within the established processes.

The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in project management, budgeting, and Digital Asset Management. They should have a proven track record of working with retail brands and a deep understanding of the go-to-market process. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

  • Minimum 10+ years proven and progressive project management and marketing operations experience

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic and open minded

  • Strong work ethic, and relentless commitment to quality and efficiency

  • Excellent communication, written and verbal

  • Fully proficient with Keynote, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and analyzing data

  • Customer Service orientated

  • Be comfortable managing and influencing people who are not direct reports, as well as executive level personnel

  • Confidently lead, motivate and influence project progress

  • Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on multiple concurrent tight deadlines

  • Have a good working knowledge of integrated production and pre-media disciplines including print, video and digital

  • Proficient in a Mac environment and familiar with Adobe software packages and other software solutions

Pay Range:$225,000 - $250,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
