As part of Lenders Finance Group, perform financial analyses to provide senior bankers support with origination, execution, and monitoring of lender finance transactions inclusive of collateralized loan obligation (CLO) warehousing for both middle market and broadly syndicated loan transactions. Identify structural risks of proposed transactions. Participate in term sheet negotiations and provide model relevant transaction details. Coordinate information flow among the originator credit department and other departments to ensure the successful execution of financial transactions. Partner with financial product groups and evaluate counter-party risk, propose strategy on portfolio ramping, and monitor and design the finance structure for proposed lender finance opportunities. Coordinate due diligence, legal documentation and approval processes with relevant departments. Ensure transaction structures remain in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Support the syndicating and distributing of transactions in partnership with our syndication team. Prepare financial statements and project and financial models to advise clients. Create product presentation materials, including pitch books and product highlights.Requirements:Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, plus 3 years of experience in the position offered or as an Associate Analyst or Risk Specialist at a bank or financial services firm.ORBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, plus 5 years of progressive post-Bachelor’s experience in the position offered or as an Associate Analyst or Risk Specialist at a bank or financial services firm.*All of the required experience must have included: analyzing credit risk of Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Asset-backed securities (ABS) securitization transactions; conducting analysis on the underlying assets by utilizing historical performance data such as delinquencies, losses, and recoveries; performing modeling by applying various statistical techniques including probability distributions and Monte Carlo simulation to arrive at probability of default (PD), loss given default (LGD), and expected loss (EL); monitoring portfolio performance of CLOs and securitization transactions by tracking key transaction triggers; and reviewing and enhancing rating criteria and methodologies.This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York, NY office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location.#LI-DNI
