BNP Paribas Securities Corp. seeks Vice President (Global Markets & Equity Derivatives) in New York, NY, to will perform market making for over-the-counter (OTC) equity products and investment products, including notes linked to Equity, Credit, Rates, and Foreign Exchange. For the structure and flow of business, will price OTC products and market-linked notes taking into account Greek sensitivities and barrier smoothing, including Delta max and Epsilon methodologies and the liquidity curve. Will perform market making for retail clients and distribution clients on vanilla, simple exotic structures for notional under 300K USD. Perform trading of complex products (Fixed Income, Cross Asset, Brazilian COEs, and complex structured products) and high-notional products valued at more than 1 million USD. Will perform internal and external promotion of e-business platforms by coordinating the onboarding process, attending client meetings, organizing demos, and serving as the first level of support for users to define new business requirements. Will define new business requirements based on users’ feedback and act as a liaison among IT teams and the Global eBusiness management to help in the design and improvement of eBusiness processes, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the e-Business activity, and communicate KPIs to management.Requires: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, International Business, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Management or related field plus three (3) years of experience as a Vice President (Global Markets & Equity Derivatives) or related occupation performing valuation and secondary market trading within an international bank or international financial services organization or, alternatively, a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, International Business, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Management or related field and one (1) year of experience as a Vice President (Global Markets & Equity Derivatives) or related occupation performing valuation and secondary market trading within an international bank or international financial services organization. Demonstrated Expertise (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Demonstrated expertise (DE) monitoring and communicating KPIs of e-business activity within an international bank or international financial services organization; and (DE) supporting pricing and trading platforms within an international bank or international financial services institution.
