Lead the execution of new investments, monitor portfolio companies, support capital raising and acquisition, project financing, placement of PIPE capital and refinancing. Identify key risks, evaluate investment opportunities and derive valuations. Perform financial analysis, construct financial models, analyze sector and policy trends. Participate in budget and annual operating plan process. Recommend investment and business developmentdecisions.Position requires a MBA or foreign equivalent in Corporate Finance, Economics or related and 3 years of experience in the job offered or as an Investment Bank Associate, Energy Research Analyst or related. Must have experience in the global energy infrastructure industry and energy power markets in the Americas, global project expertise, business development, financial modeling, corporate financeskills and market analysis. The employer will also accept a bachelor's degree with 5 years' post-degree, progressive experience with the same skill set. 10% domestic travel required
