Job Description

We are looking for a creative leader who geeks out on future forward tools like A.I. We need someone who understands both CPG storytelling & brand standards to help maintain quality control as we build out a new A.I. platform for a large global brand. You will be working with both the brand team and our tech team to help ensure this tool is effective and useful for all involved.

As a VP/CD you will:

  • Have a proven track record of thinking conceptually and strategically across multiple platforms – character-led storytelling a plus.

  • Extensive production experience across TV, digital, social and beyond – and an eye for quality production.

  • Understands the wants, hopes, dreams and business goals of a large CPG brand – food brand experience a plus.

  • Serve as a bridge between the creative teams and the tech building teams.

  • Ensure a high level of creative output from the new A.I. tool we’re building.

  • Direct the tech team on the most beneficial outputs of the tool.

  • Build relationships internally and externally which enables stakeholders to trust you when taking risks.

  • Help lead us into the future.

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree and at least ten years at a competitive creative agency. Work should include strong brand building, digital and multimedia experience, and a track record of successful creative work along with expertise developing cross-channel campaigns.

  • Energy, a sense of humor and an open & curious mind (yes, these things really do matter.) So does being straightforward, candid and, above all, respectful – of the work and your peers.

  • Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem solving are even better.

Compensation Range: $121,000 - $191,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
