Insight Global UX Writer/Content Strategist (Chat) in New York, New York
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a team of Content Strategist/UX Writers to support an experience design portfolio of work. The consultant will be supporting a digital design channel of work. Candidates will be responsible for creating new end to end content strategies and new architecture for user experience copy, product and consumer facing application writing with text and page layouts. There will be a digital aspect to this role in which candidates will support writing and dialogue for digital assistant bots, as well as digital branding updates. Understanding of end-to-end customer experiences to ensure Content Strategy is consistent in voice, tone and construction is important in this role. This role will require copywriting or UX writing to be able to create new content for customer experiences for digital products. He or she will be aligning writing styles and content strategy to consumer experiences. On a day to day candidates will contribute to UX writing and Content Strategy sessions, review new prototypes to makes sure they accurately represent content strategies, and write, edit and implement writing based on customer centric site and mobile application goals.

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of experience in a UX Writing, Content Strategy role
Proficient background in copywriting or UX writing -- writing, editing and implementation of copy aligned to voice and tone
Experience writing dialogue, scripts or copy for chat bots
Ability to take initiative and strong attention to detail
Experience in an agile environment and communicating with stakeholders, such as UX Designers and Experience Design Managers
Understanding of Figma and design related tools Portfolio with Content Strategy or UX Writing/Copywriting examples
Experience with Human computer interaction null
