About the role
The Transformation Program Senior Analyst reports to the Sr. Transformation Leader and will be part of a nimble team that supports executive leadership across a variety of strategic transformation initiatives. The incumbent will leverage prior experience in planning, executing, and managing large transformation initiatives, operational performance improvements, organizational restructurings, and/or cost optimizations to design the future state operating model, execute the transformation, and identify and capture expense savings.

Participate in strategic transformation initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment
Support the analysis, design and execution of strategic transformation initiatives, including significant design decisions, re-engineering critical processes, optimizing technology, and capturing expense savings
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders
Contribute to managing teams of consultants to help drive a best-in-class transformational outcome
What we are looking for:
Excited by complexity and change with a successful track record supporting large transformations in challenging and dynamic environments.
Former experience as a consultant, internal or external, is desired, but not required.
Experience in supporting the planning and executing of large transformation initiatives, operational performance improvements, organizational restructurings, and/or cost optimizations to identify and capture expense savings.
A “get it done” attitude with the ability to navigate through large organizations and drive progress in the face of ambiguity.
A proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and obtain consensus to drive quick decisions and action.
Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functionally both internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for generating financial and operational insights from data.
Strong analysis and Excel modelling skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills with the ability to take complex topics and distill them down into easily digestible formats to present to senior leaders.
BA/BS degree required; graduate degree preferred.
3+ years of skills and experience in consulting, business strategy, operational performance improvement, or transformation program management.
Ability to travel on occasion as needed.
• The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$127,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
