Job Description

A world-renowned Healthcare System is seeking a Technical Program Manager to help with an enterprise Data Integration initiative. The Technical Program Manager should have a persistent delivery record and experience to own and manage high visibility, cross-functional operations, and technology projects from concept to completion. The Technical Program Manager will work closely across design, product, and engineering to pioneer the end-to-end integration experience. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and developer engagement; and will be able to collaboratively design and build an outstanding user experience for developers and system integrators.

The Technical Program Manager will have talent and a relentless desire to challenge the status quo and improve technology systems/processes to exceed customers' expectations. A strong bias for action, internal/external customer obsession, quantitative analysis, and the ability to organize and deliver new initiatives involving leadership across cross-functional operations, software development, business, and external contracting teams is essential.

Skills and Requirements

5-7 + years of program or Project Management / Program Management experience in a large enterprise environment

5-7 years of experience with Data Integration projects

3-5 + years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.

EXPERTISE WITH IBM ACE (App Connect Enterprise formally known as IIB)

Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams (principal level architects, stake holders, architectural governance teams)

SAFe Methodology

3+ years of operating end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience

3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.

Developing projects to scale fulfillment according to new business initiatives with complex operational components.

Oversee program integration / implementation efforts; define goals, supporting metrics, and success indicators. null
