Roles & Responsibilities:

The Global Marketing Intern will work on the following:

  • Support Elizabeth Arden Global Brand Team in Strategic Initiative addressing unique business need.

  • Summer Intern will be assigned to a specific category and will support the Category Lead in using primary data (NPD, Social Listening, Analysis of Market Research Data) to run competitive analysis in lead markets and identify commercially strategic opportunities for NPDs.

  • Summer Intern will lead artwork development by briefing and reviewing when needed

  • Summer project will culminate in actionable business recommendation presented to audience of Senior Marketing Leaders.

  • Participate & assist in brand development, operational, and cross functional meetings where appropriate.

A day in the life could look something like this…

  • Supporting brand managers to create strategic business deck and making recommendations to brand leaders based on primary and secondary data.

  • Participating in product development from competitive analysis to artwork development and creative development.

  • Branding your personal career story to become a marketable candidate.

Rising Juniors and Seniors (Classes 2025-2026), open to rising or year 1 MBA candidates

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 3.2 GPA

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to understand both quantitative and qualitative data

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Strong aptitude to analyze market trends and consumer research

  • Must be a self-starter

  • Comfortable presenting

  • Passion for beauty, interest in consumer products

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a remote setting

The pay range for this role in New York City is $22/hour.
