Kroll, LLC Strategic Accounts Manager, Growth in New York, New York

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Accounts Manager to assist the Strategic Accounts Leaders in business development and managing our critical clients. Y ou will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our high-value clients across private equity, financial, law and corporate channels. Your role is critical in ensuring client satisfaction, maximizing revenue, and fostering long-term partnerships.

This candidate will bring an existing network of relationships as well as help to foster new relationships in the top financial services, legal and private equity firms. This role will be part of our Growth team in New York.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work with Strategic Accounts leaders to execute account strategies.
  • Coordinate efforts across internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Leverage knowledge of Kroll's products and solutions to deliver personalized client recommendations.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Participate in client meetings with Strategic Accounts leaders and drive follow up actions
  • Develop and sustain relationships with key clients across the region
  • Leverage feedback from your network regularly to understand client goals, needs, and challenges.
  • Prepare the team for account review meetings with clients.

Revenue Growth and Profit Maximization:
  • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts.
  • Work with the business to negotiate and close master service agreements to maximize profitability.

Client Advocacy and Issue Resolution:
  • Monitor, escalate and assist to resolve any client service delivery challenges.
  • Advocate for Accounts' interests within our organization.
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients and our teams.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Leverage Salesforce (CRM system) to:
    • Record client activities.
    • Monitor pipeline and deal progression.
    • Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.
    • Generate reports to inform decision making
  • Track progress against account plans and targets.
  • Analyze data and use insights to enhance client satisfaction and drive growth.

Industry Expertise and Market Insights:
  • Stay informed about trends, regulations, and developments, particularly within in the private equity and financial sectors.

Essential traits:
  • You have 3-6 years in strategic account management in a professional or financial services environment
  • You have a demonstrated ability to develop relationships at senior levels across private equity, legal, financial institutions and/or large corporates and responsibility for driving growth of managed accounts
  • You have close attention to detail, including careful record keeping with regards to sales activity, account mapping and account plans
  • You are knowledgeable about financial markets, risk and regulation
