This individual will partner with the team on strategic development and execution of the Company’s positive employee relations initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, resourceful, critical-thinker, and collaborative professional. This role reports to the VP, Positive Employee Relations.

  • Design, plan, and facilitate employee feedback sessions leveraging a team of facilitators, present findings to leadership teams, and partner with the business on developing and communicating an appropriate action plan

  • Promote a positive workplace culture by establishing trust, credibility, and maintaining integrity

  • Synthesize feedback across businesses using technology and combined with other data insights, develop enterprise-wide insights

  • Work with business leadership and HR teams to foster equitable treatment of employees

  • Advise and train business leaders in positive management practices and develop bespoke training content

  • Maintain tools to scale the function and its impact

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, focus on Industrial and Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related field

  • 7+ years of business, HR, labor relations, legal, or other similar experience

Desired Characteristics

  • Good judgment and ability to work independently

  • Graduate-level degree (e.g., MBA, MILR, MA, JD) preferred

  • General knowledge/understanding of:

  • Employee relations concepts

  • Exceptional communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to quickly and effectively build relationships across employee groups

  • A willingness and ability to credibly challenge the status quo

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% of work time

  • Must be willing to work in New York, NY, or Universal City, CA

  • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week

  • This position is eligible for company-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 (bonus eligible).
