Debug production issues and help maintain existing development of technical specifications and documentation. Target high accessibility standards and maximize the usability for users with disabilities. Participate in on-call rotations, working within broadly defined parameters, including test plan execution and software quality needs. Engage with various stakeholders. Document process and new functionality for internal audience. Provide assistance to employees from other teams via a dedicated support channel. Provide annually feedbacks to peers. Attend scrum ceremonies such as sprint grooming, sprint planning, and retrospective. Showcase technical solutions to the team. Position is fixed based in New York, NY office; however, telecommuting from a home office location is allowed.Job Requirements:Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a directly related field plus two (2) years of experience in software development.
