Overview Intuit Mailchimp is seeking a dynamic Senior Strategic Partnership Manager This role demands a highly goal-oriented individual with a decade of experience, adept at driving revenue growth through product partnerships, generating robust pipelines, and excelling in partner management. Working with our broader GTM team, this role has high visibility and is vital in our continued growth globally. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about activating partnerships with companies like Shopify, Wix, Meta to help small and medium sized businesses grow with Mailchimp.

What you'll bring

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience with direct experience business development or strategic partnership management in the technology industry

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

  • Proven experience in managing and growing strategic partnerships, with a focus on product partnerships and driving net-new revenue.

  • Experience in go-to-market strategy & execution; Preferred experience with the SMB segment & eCommerce/Advertising/Data categories

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

  • A proven record of thinking strategically, with an innovative and goal-oriented mindset.

How you will lead

  • Strategic Business Growth: Spearhead the development of new business and product categories, aligning efforts with Mailchimp's vision for innovation and growth. Focus on tangible revenue goals and the creation of a sustainable pipeline for new business development opportunities.

  • C-Level Partnership Engagement: Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key executives in the tech industry, advocating for Mailchimp as a pivotal partner in their business strategy.

  • Robust Partner Management: Oversee the lifecycle of strategic partnerships, from identification to negotiation, execution, and ongoing management. Ensure that these partnerships contribute positively to Mailchimp’s revenue and strategic objectives.
