1)Plan/design/implement QA tasks, including API/functionality/integration/cross-platform/performance testing for software platforms/applications2)Analyze business requirements/technical specifications to design/develop/implement test plans/cases/suites & create test scenarios3)Collaborate with project leads/development teams; direct application operations through QA testing to ensure quality delivery of software into production4)Verify defects/incidents, document findings & prepare summary reports5)Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot permutations of software/hardware/network issues to identify problems in design/implementation & provide QA support6)Design/develop data-driven UI test automation & create test cases/data for API testing7)Create/manage/monitor dashboards on system performance/availability8)Perform continuous integration process control/automation testing & monitor executionsReq: MS in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Minimum 1-year software QA engineering experience. Expertise in test design/implementation/release management. Strong ability to create dashboards & use TeamCity/Jira, including Xray. Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies & Windows-based systems/frameworks (Selenium, JMeter). Proficient in C#/.NET/Python/SQL.
