TITLE: Senior Software DeveloperLOCATION: Voya Services Company, 230 Park Ave, New York, NY 10169DUTIES: Work with QA team, product owners, Scrum Master and Story Authors to understand and define requirements. Design and build new software tools and systems on the Private Cloud or Public Cloud. Perform comprehensive TDD, integration and scale testing of all software produced. Work with existing users to provide education and resolution of issues. Work to integrate new technologies and systems into existing infrastructure. Perform ad-hoc analysis of problematic datasets to help resolve issues encountered by users. Participate in group design and code reviews. Responsible for leveraging technology to enable the organization's future-state business capabilities, which can enable or alter business processes or practices that, in turn, drive the organization's targeted business outcomes. Develop deliverables that are valuable to the business, including business capabilities, business requirements and workflow. 100% telecommuting position. Will consider applicants resident in the continental U.S. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, and 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Software Developer or related position. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Experience must include: Building feature-rich customer facing web applications using C# and .NET (3.5, 4.0 and above), and MVC, OO & SOA; Utilizing Test Driven Development (TDD) tools; Angular and front end technologies; Design, build, and operations of Micro services in a production environment using an API Management Tool; Utilizing Microsoft Azure Development, Cloud Foundry, Docker and Containers; Utilizing SQL databases, JDBC and MongoDB; and Utilizing RDBMS, including SQL Server or MySQL.
