Job Description

Corcoran is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Content Operations to join our team based out of our headquarters on Madison Avenue in NYC. We offer a flexible working environment with a hybrid work model. The Senior Manager of Digital Content will drive the brand’s digital ecosystem and strategies to support business goals. The ideal candidate should be creative, ambitious, and detail oriented, with expertise in paid digital advertising, analytics and automation tools. The role provides an opportunity to work with a team of problem solvers and doers passionate about our brand and our network of sophisticated real estate professionals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages paid and organic social media, including media planning, campaign strategies, tracking, and reporting.

  • Manage analytics, data, and all social media reporting, monitoring algorithms, trends, and competitive data and leading all social media reporting across all Corcoran channels.

  • Collaborates with the social team on the digital content strategy and planning initiatives.

  • Develop social media learning guides to train our internal audiences on standard methodologies, trends, tools, and platforms.

  • Lead the project management of our social media tools for the brand and agents, handling initiatives such as contract negotiation, deliverables, and all communication.

  • Manage our internal content library and develop more content and awareness around the tool for various audiences.

  • Assist the Director of Digital Content in managing programming and rollouts while partnering with various collaborators.

  • Partner closely with the field social team on the development and optimization of the structure to support agents in the field, as well as education and branch manager requests.

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing/Communications, or related field preferred

  • 5-7 years of experience at an agency or in-house as a Social Media manager with direct experience capturing and crafting content

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: strong writer and storyteller able to draft compelling messaging

  • Excellent analytical skills: ability to provide actionable insights from data

  • Project management skills: ability to balance priorities of multiple business partners in a multi-faceted environment with a focus on results

  • Ability to balance strategy, planning and execution

  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management as well as internal and external customers

  • Strong understanding of Google analytics, social listening tools and other relevant tools
