This client-facing role presents an exceptional opportunity to leverage your passion for service, outstanding interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm for cultivating a culture of hospitality in the workplace. As the Sr. FM for Kitchen Equipment and facilities operations overseeing multiple corporate kitchens, you will be responsible for managing services that greatly impact the employee and guest experience. This includes overseeing Janitorial services, maintaining productive vendor partnerships, and meeting key performance indicators.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively manage a team of facilities management professionals and vendor partners in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
Partner with Critical Systems and Engineering management to develop an integrated facilities management plan
Develop relationships with client stakeholders
Works with Sourcing Manager to competitively bid and prepare all service contracts to assure high quality and cost effective services.
Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and procedures that reduce short and long term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Facility Management Director and the client.
Implementation of short and long-term deliverables for the client project
Oversee the development and management of the operating budgets for each property
hard serviced and owner occupier experience preferred
Develop monthly/quarterly reforecasts and variance reporting on all operating budgets for each property on a timely basis
Assist with the development and execution of the long term sustainment plans for property portfolio
ADDITIONAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES for this role include:
Performs daily tours of the property.
Develop relationships with client stakeholders
Assists in the development, revision and implementation of property manuals and operating procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS

A successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Applicable financial and accounting knowledge of commercial property management
Be able to strategically analyze and implement.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
College Degree or advanced degree.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents (lease agreements, claims of lien, etc.), Facility business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the Facility.
