Description

Shopbop is looking for a highly organized, self-directed, and customer obsessed Senior Ecommerce Product Marketing Manager to support and develop high impact initiatives that improve the ecommerce customer experience. This position sits on the Ecommerce team within the Marketing organization, but will work closely with Tech, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams.

A successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires an individual with an understanding of ecommerce from both a consumer marketing and technical standpoint and who works well across functional boundaries. The ideal candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically, with a passion for the customer experience and innovation. They will have strong analytics capabilities, and be able to dive deep into raw data on customer behavior to identify insights that inform program initiatives.

Key job responsibilities

• Program Management: Demonstrate excellent project management skills to deliver results within a fast-paced environment. Timely delivery of large-scale projects with a focus on quality and impact.

• Customer-Centric Approach: Utilize a deep understanding of customer behavior and preferences to translate data into actionable user stories. Identify opportunities for improving the overall shopping experience.

• Analytics: Conduct regular analyses on the customer journey, support ad-hoc data requests and work with analytics and tech partners to build new reports and create new metrics

• Independent Operation: Operate independently while upholding a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Exercise judgment, creativity, and influence to navigate challenges and drive project success.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an online fashion setting

The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
